    You can do HIIT training anywhere. All you need is a small space and some motivation to get fit, strong and lean. This is a great one to do if you travel a lot but you can do it anywhere - at home, the gym, the office or the garden. This workout is made up of 5 exercises.     This one starts with 10 seconds work, followed by 10 seconds rest. Then moves up to 20 seconds work, followed by 20 seconds rest, then 30 seconds work, followed by 30 seconds rest - and so on until you reach 60 seconds.
