    Can anyone let me know if u could do this as a 5 min exercise five days a week? I’m all ready doing another ab exercise of his twice a week. And the other 3 days of the week I do another type of exercising im New to it all and just wondering if i could do this at the end of all of my other exercises five times a week?

      I think if you did it after every workout for 5 minutes, that would be fine. Just don’t overdo it. Working your abs a little bit every day is good. Just listen to your body and if it’s painful , then stop. Your body will tell you when you can and can’t do something.
