    Hi Joe. For someone who is about 4 stone overweight how many HIIT sessions a week should I be starting with? This week I have done this twice as it took my legs and glutes about 3 days to recover. How can I help my body recover as quick as possible?

    Just loving these workouts. Could you do a ‘form’ tutorial, lovely Joe? I’m struggling with press ups – get confused about where my bum should be!!! Have been doing pretty much one a day for two weeks and am feeling stronger in my core and more alive. Highly recommend a couple of rounds of Sun Salutations as a warm up.💗🙏💗
