    How do you prevent your neck from hurting in the first couple of exercises?

    Hey I love, really, really love your workouts!! Doing them 3-4 times a week and my body is changing. Best of it .. I HAVE A LOT OF FUN 🙂 But I am struggeling with diet dishes because I am vegan. Do you know some nice vegan recipes ?
